Flexible working hours and good salary
The company is growing a lot and that gets reflected in your day to day work. New processes to launch, hiring colleagues, etc. A big pro is the flexibility to move to different departments.

It's up to you to set boundaries
Nobody at Amazon will tell you to stop working, save your weekends, or that what you've done is good enough for the day, week, or year. There is always more than you can take on, so you must be able to set your own boundaries. Remember that when you start there, you are hired FOR AMAZON, NOT FOR YOUR BOSS. If your boss is awful--which happens--don't worry, you can always find something else in another department. Keep your cool, keep your center, focus on your customers, and focus on YOUR goals and YOUR family. Be strong, you can do this.
Pros
Great benefits. Free concerts (not during COVID).
Cons
Everybody there is type A so there is little balance.
