Great experience

I learnt about the management of time and how to complete the tasks on or before time. The management over there was super good and they were also providing benefits to all the employees (part time/full time).

Hard work pays

It’s hard work, if you can’t do continuous hard work then don’t do it, if you’re motivated by money then do it! You are very sore at the end of the day and you have to work very fast and don’t slow down because they don’t care about safety only numbers! I think it’s a good job for someone who needs money to pay the bills but if you’re like me and don’t have to pay any bills and only working to make extra money then you may not have enough self motivation for this job!

Pros

Money good

Cons

Hard work, you can’t stop at all during the day

Perfect place for first job experience!

Amazon makes a great first job if you're interested in working hard, gaining employment history, and making above-average money. It may be a bit grueling on the body long term. Once you join the team, you learn more about different departments and have the opportunity to advance. I'm a big fan of the A to Z employee app that allows you to track your time, your pay, vacation time, and much more.

Pros

Medical benefits on day 1, 4-day work weeks, on-job training, opportunity for advancement after 30-day probation

Cons

Very fast-paced intro training, long days, sore feet, physically demanding
