You get what you put into it
Just like the title says. Willing to put in the work and display their Leadership Principles and you can go far. Its lost its small feel, teams across the company no longer communicate causing poor experience for those on the front line of the company.
Pros
Amazing benefits, leadership development, decent comp for leaders, attention to diversity
Cons
Lack of communication, lack of consistency and fairness at lower levels, comp process is based on bias

Lot of turnover lately
New associates typically come to pick. Retention can be difficult for this department. Pay is pretty good. Hard to move up and be seen. Long days and there can be plenty of overtime for hourly associates.
