Long hours standing with 2 breaks only for 10 hours. fast fast fast pace
Not everyone is considered equally for job advancement, managers unfortunately do not inspire workers or motivate them but instead pressure 100% to meet production. Not enough HR support, the whole break time can be spent lining up to solve any issues or discrepancies with cheque/hours/etc. and most of the time there are only 1 or 2 reps with hundreds of workers onsite. Also, the "clock" that times TOT makes lots of mistakes/glitches. it can mark 1 hour for 10 mins. but the clock is "right". the point system is ridiculous. Managers need to motivate workers not intimidate them with their little laptops. Overall it is a degrading feeling to work at this place. workers treated like machines not humans. Must speak some language from India because staff -supervisor, problem solvers- speak among themselves in such languages, not a professional environment at all. higher level staff should speak ENGLISH at all times on duty.
long hours, unrealistic production expectations
