Terrible place to work

Your not a human after you enter their doors. There is no workplace culture. You get TOT for going to the bathroom or taking too long to walk to grab lunch.

Very poor place to work it is not what they say!!! They say they are flexible with schedules and accommodating your needs but that is quite the opposite!!! Very poor management, very poor help from HR, they do nothing to help! Your just a number there and not a person! If you get injured at work they will send you home with no pay even thought it happened on company grounds! It’s the complete opposite of what they say STAY WAY!!!!

Pays well, hires anyone

Amazon Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) - Hamilton, ON - 20 July 2022

This job has good pay, and will hire anyone with basically no interview process. What it is lacking in is organization, leadership and order. The managers and embassadors will not fully prepare you for the work you will. HR will not help you with your shift/break timings. They only answer to each other as there is no union so you're relying on their goodwill rather than professionalism.

Amazon is a great place to work at. The company will take care of you when it come to safety but when it comes to advancement there might be less opportunities.
