Warehouse Worker in 12340 boggy creek rd

Some pros some consGood place of work, pay is only determined on how long you work there and what levels of management you are in, so you can be the hardest worker there and get paid the same as a week 1 associate, great opportunities to learn new things though. Management is nice most of the times, but everything can be repetitive at work everyday and also they are very strict on having no use of phones.Pay is okay, could be better considering the amount of work you do

They don't care about youWhen you first come in for the day, the lines get loaded with 1500 packages an hour which a small team of 2 to 4 on each lane (there are 4 lanes on each line) have to deal with everyday. Stuff that should not be sent down the lines gets sent down anyways because the upper management just does not care. If you get injured, they will just blame you. You cannot move up within the company as they will just hire someone close to one of the managers.

Not a great place to work unless you don’t have work at allBetter to work in any restaurant so at least you get free food. Good luck CEO is planning to travel on moon but employees can not even afford to buy a car for daily work

Like a Kindergarten school .I work amazon since September at delta location. It's like a school. If you are a picker then usually they assigned you stowing job & same like in stowing.Managers there are confused. They won't let you be happy. That's why most people leave their jobs in a week or two week.If you are giving hundred percent rating & are you talking to someone else? because shift there is 10 hours, they still get tensed. There is no hearing there. Conclusion is not a good place to work.

It’s a good place to workI work as a picker, we have the fear of Time of Task but other works are a bit more relaxed as per my opinion. I guess picking makes you feel more tired as compared to stow and pack.
