Amazon is great, the team a work for on the other hand is horrible
The team Endmile isn’t the most organized or respected management within the Amazon DSP group. I do love my job but management isn’t the best. If working for Amazon DSP do not pick Endmile.Delivery Driver in Châteauguay, QC

Slave work
They push your limits even if you have personal problems they make you work like an animal with no help whatsoever and expect you to finish your job on time and help others. Don't know how to manage time or other employees and put all there issues on everybody's back Delivery Associate in Calgary, AB

waste of time
took 2 weeks after I was hired to receive my training, and I wasn't even properly trained. I haven't even started working there and I already felt that the workplace is bad. The training was poorly maintained, I was told what am I even doing there when they were supposed to train me because clearly, I did not know what to do yet, instructions from the manager were always unclear, hard to communicate, and it's a stressful workplace.Delivery Driver in Dartmouth, NS

Don’t do it just don’t
Don’t do it! You will be disrespected daily. You will always be given more work for the same pay which is a small amount of money . You will face situations That’s what you’re driving safety and personal safety at riskAmazon Delivery Driver in Nisku, AB

Listen to the man, don't do it
It started out easy enough, but then the expectations grew wild. There's a game center, not that you'll have any time to play with the games they got set up. Its crazy, unless you deliver everything on time without help, they'll fire you. I was there a month, i pushed myself so hard my joints gave out. I was fired a few days later citing "Budget cuts". No one else was. I, like anyone, wanted to try and problem solve. Not only was I ignored, but I was fired two weeks later. Management didn't even tell me there was a problem. I was completely blindsided when I was given a letter of termination at end of day. All those calls for a union are starting to make sense. What would you say about your employer?
