All the good managers have quit over the past 6-9 months because the upper managers run the place so poorly.

Most workers dont realize how good they have it here. Strong union, good pay, good benefits..no education required. Dangerous yes, also very old equipment. But good maintenance and electrical team to keep things running. Shift work, long hours but lots of days off.
