Very fast paced and stressful
The ownership is terrible and interfere with every small aspect . There are no fixed hours. Management is supportive but tied from the ownership. Overall okay to work.

Pressure is very high working with Alpine
Worst company I've ever work. No proper orientation. You learn as you go along, poor management. Supplies is very limited. Salary is not commensurate to work done.

Productive Workplace
The organisation gives you lots of learning opportunities. You put in lots of effort yet the recognition is not there. Management doesn’t care much and a lot more can be done for employees. There is bias also

Es bueno pero deberian pagar mejor.
Deberían pagar mejor. mejorar las arreas comunes de los empleados. Son antiguas y desordenadas. Los utensilios o herramientas de trabajo son antiguas y estan en mal estado.
Day Porter & night cleaner - supervisor in Toronto, ON

If you have a good manager, it's not a stressful job has long as you get your job done. I had a good manager.
I liked it. Just wish they paid more for the amount of work you do and gave more oppurtunities of moving up in the company. Also, doesn't matter if your a good worker or not.You might be breaking your back and coming in everyday and always doing a good job, mean while someone else will be calling in sick all the time and have tons of complaints at the end of the day. You all get paid the same.I've also seen some people not getting they're job done and they don't even get fired but then you have to help them because they say it's to much work. When it's not!. They're just being lazy.
