Concerns with machinery, vehicles & equipment break down and do not get addressed unless it is literately falling apart. One of the managers is an immigrant with no Canadian Certification for the trade. You are expected to work long hours and often asked at the last minute to work weekends (poor planning). Poorly run company which treats employees like they are disposable...no regard to human element. Seems like a trend in Alberta right now.
Very well recieved depending on super. Lee is the best, but has high expectations.
