Worked at one store and did not like the environment. Switched stores and wow what a difference. It’s really the people that make the environment. Some people need to change their attitudes and work together

Great place to work if you like being micromanaged!

The biggest challenge is dealing with the upper management's unrealistic expectations. The company's owner has no clue how the automotive industry works and only cares for his pocket, no the employees. Toxic environment all around. Could be good if you are looking for a career start in the automotive dealership, but please note that there is no job security there. Incompetency is everywhere, top to bottom, because that's what Alpha Group can afford as they don't pay well.

Pros

Keeps you away from home if you are not in good terms with your spouse/family.

Cons

It is not going to last long as there is a big turnover

Fairly easy to make money, nobody else works…

Some techs complaining they don’t make money but they don’t work.. I come in and focus on fixing cars. Easy to make a paycheck. Especially when nobody else is working

Was scared to join, reading all the reviews. But not as bad as it says

Was scared to apply because of some of the comments but decided what the heck. It’s not so bad as the comments say. Fair pay, great customers. I enjoy going above and beyond to help my clients. If others did the same maybe they would feel like they enjoy their workplace. People need to change their attitudes and just do their job.
