Want a stressful environment?
A lot of good people being completely underpaid and taken advantage of. Their biggest problem is organization and upper managements unwillingness to increase wages and turning a blind eye to high staff turnover.

Great place to work if you like being micromanaged!
The biggest challenge is dealing with the upper management's unrealistic expectations. The company's owner has no clue how the automotive industry works and only cares for his pocket, no the employees. Toxic environment all around. Worked at one store and did not like the environment. Switched stores and wow what a difference. It’s really the people that make the environment. Some people need to change their attitudes and work together

Fairly easy to make money, nobody else works…
Some techs complaining they don’t make money but they don’t work.. I come in and focus on fixing cars. Easy to make a paycheck. Especially when nobody else is working

Was scared to join, reading all the reviews. But not as bad as it says
Was scared to apply because of some of the comments but decided what the heck. It’s not so bad as the comments say. Fair pay, great customers. I enjoy going above and beyond to help my clients. If others did the same maybe they would feel like they enjoy their workplace. People need to change their attitudes and just do their job.
