Better than other call centres
It was good experience overall but you do not get many chances to grow and you do not get paid enough for handling yelling of customers , so no career growth but just answering calls forever.

Interesting and fun
It's is a international company which is very vast in technology and services like health care sector, also in technical services. Gaining and achieving more as well.

Bad management
While I was working I applied for a vacation and my team lead approved it, then when I went on my vacation they suspended me from the job and put it one me that I was the one who left the job. it is the worst company to work for, under paid and over the phone we deals with a lot of angry customers. really not worth all the stress we go through.

Good place to work
Supervisor is great, team leads are helpful. Lots of overtime available and incentives provided. There could be fun activities on site to make the environment a little less dull. Overall a good place to work. I would recommend as you get a set shift so you can always know when your working .

Constant headaches
After giving you 2 weeks of training, you start getting calls, what they don’t tell you is that your first two weeks is going to be hardest… Afterwards it gets better but when you need help your supervisor is no where to be find. One of the supervisors doesn’t even know what she’s doing, the teams are poorly assembled and every day there’s at least one technical problem.
