Work-life Balance

Micro-managed from the top. On-site management has no ability to make decisions or answer questions without direct input from owner of the company. Scheduling has a serious lack of urgency requiring you to change plans at short notice. Crews are scarce, and people are moved from departments while leaving certain areas short staffed. Local mid-management is only concerned with their personal achievements and do not collaborate as a team

Don't bother
Management will tell you that you are valued and your like a family, but in the end they will tear you down and treat you like dirt and make you feel like you don't belong. The company is micro-managed and the managers can't get nothing done without CEOs approval. The company lies about everything and promises are always broken. You are expected to lose your social life and be expected to work and only work for the company beckoning call

Managment? Hahahahaha!!
Don't waste your time trying to work for this company. In the begining they will promise you a sundae, then will defecate in your hands. Everything is micro managed through the owner of the company leaving ALL the managers saying, I dont know I'll have to get to you on that, then they don't. Ask a week later and the managers are still waiting on an answer from the owner. Owner is a horrible human being that takes advantage of everyone he comes in contact with!

Great place to work
This place is definitely the best place I've worked and the wage is fair based on the work that is required. What is required of you is clear and work is rarely overwhelming

Stay Away
Worst management I’ve ever worked for in my life , very very low pay and long hours , no set start times , come in late to work cause, the early peaple back to the warehouse have to pick up the slack STAY AWAY Working at McDonald’s is a better option Worked almost 2 years , saw over 25 peaple come and go , in a warehouse that needs 8 drivers
