Stop hiring contracted employees to do very important work, or offer them permanent positions as soon as they are done their contract, not only extension of contracts.

Why don't you walk around your company and find out what people do then make your directors, managers and team leaders accountable for the results they fail to deliver for you, ask them how they're departments then fire them when you realize they aren't getting the work done and are treating their staff horribly

Co-operators saw us as skilled staff and they paid us accordingly, they treated is accordingly and saw us as valuable investments and cared about retaining us so our happiness mattered. Give Co-operator's back control of their stake.
