Only reason to work in this horrible environment is to get experience to find another job.

The company treats people so horribly that they can not keep the place half staffed with people that have experience.

So with no medical, Customer service or insurance experience you can get a job handling some of the most critical medical emergencys for Canadians anywhere in the world.

Co-operators saw us as skilled staff and they paid us accordingly, they treated is accordingly and saw us as valuable investments and cared about retaining us so our happiness mattered. Give Co-operator's back control of their stake.

The interview process was very professional. After providing my resume, I had a phone interview with the HR recruitment specialist, and then a face-to-face meeting with both the hiring manager and the leader. My offer letter and package outlined everything I needed to know and the HR recruiter was great to work with.
