Poor Management/Workplace Culture
I was hired on as a crew leader in the Enhancements & Extras division. There were only 2 workers in that division when I was hired at the start of season. They hired 1 other labourer the whole season. Projects were things like pot hole repairs and some minor planting and mulching. Was required to maintain two properties half way through the season. Decent enough crews to work with; low pay

Tough but rewarding Employment
This job is tough, no doubt about it. But the training you receive will help you be successful. You really begin to have a bond with the other employees and they often have outings for the staff to show appreciation of the hard work from the team members. It is really rewarding seeing the work and effort you have done once completed the task. Overall I highly recommend ATPM.What would you say about your employer?
