A very busy place with lots of stress and accountability. One must be able to handle the work environment and mangement behaviour or else may leave the position out of discomfort.

Hard work

I hate this place this place never paths you for your hard work and don’t respect the driver always want you to do more work for less money pay checks are never the same you get no sick days

relaxed workplace environment, can be stressful on busy days but as long as you don't screw up bad it's very easy going.

Workplace environment and management are very friendly as long as things are going well. It's a high accountability work place, so you have to be careful as all of the work is time sensitive and you work directly with clients. As long as you pay attention this is a great place to work and although management can be harsh when mistakes are made it's understandable because the customers can be hard on them too! All around it's a good place to work and you get to work 9-9.5 hours in this industry so the pay isn't bad if you're willing to work more to make more.

Pros

Good Hours, relaxed workplace, friendly staff, owner buys us coffee and breakfast sometimes!

Owner is not mentally well puts employees at risk and does not care

Owner does not care about employees actually exposed employees to COVID without regard for health and safety of employees. Skims off of drivers pay checks.

Worse dispatcher he think he own you take you as slave

Always give you overnight jobs worse experience working with dispatcher same with owner they say something else go opposite better find different job worst experiences

Busy dedicated service provider

Good group to work with. Servicing the entire gta in timely and accurate manner. Complete service providing cars, vans strait trucks and tractor trailers for rush same day service.

Enjoyed taking orders over the phone and staff was helpful and funny.

Taking orders over the phone and making sure proper vehicles / trucks were scheduled. Enjoyed learning a new system on computer for courier orders. Helped with large mailings.

Day shift, staff friendly and helpful

Cons

Tempers flared occasionally. Not alot of parking availability
