Working at client site 100% of the time and get to see / interact with manager 2-3 times a year 3 weeks of vacations and 10 holidays Internet (30mbps+) at home is recommended for 24/7 support and/or remote work Pro : Great work / life balance, very permissive and can remote work as needed Con : Old and dusty building (Floor, chairs, etc.) Very slow on new technologies Process and documentations are nightmares

A typical day at work consist in assigning TI resources to Projects and Contracts, adjusting billing and cost rates. Creating new Projects and Contracts in Oracle. Making Contracts for temporary contingent workers and solving timesheet issues for consultants regular employees. Adjusting Bill plans and invoices for the financial department.

Il est rare dans notre domaine d'avoir une compagnie qui ne vous traite pas en numéro. Alithya en fait partie, l'équipe de direction s'assure qu'on ait tout pour bien effectuer notre travail au tant matériel qu'émotionnel.

Suite à la fusion de CIA et Sinapse, l'entreprise a mis près de 2 ans à se réorganiser. Les stigmates de la fusion sont encore présents. L'entreprise souhaite évoluer mais n'en a pas les moyens (finances, managing, etc.)
