Alithya is a fair company with some of the best professionals in the niche industry (Microsoft and Oracle partner).Orientation was very engaging and welcoming. There were Zoom meetings between new employees and different departments, experts, and even executives.Team members are very supportive. It's an excellent environment for career and professional growth.

Great people, great work, great vision

I really love this company. There is fantastic work-life balance, a great company culture, a progressive and growth oriented mindset, and tons of opportunity for career progression.As their principle clients are in the nuclear industry, there can be intensive documentation, but it's still a very good job.

This company is built on great principles but some of the vps use fear based management. Their reasoning is the fact that their clients are like that so they have to be like that.
