Inconsistent management

Company claims to care for workers and tells them that they will keep them when their mandate is up but they are immediately put on a list for termination with a deadline that is not communicated, even to the direct manager.

Great place, opportunities but management is changing

It is a good place, good benefits, flexible hours and vacation. You can work from home but not with every client. The management is changing and not in a good way.

L'environnement de travail est très bon, pas trop de pression. L'entreprise offre une formation gratuite. L'inconvénient est que vous devez travailler avec des clients et que vous n'avez pas un fort sentiment d'appartenance à l'entreprise.

Compagnie centrée business au détriment de l'humain

Le côté humain de la compagnie est totalement absent au quotidien, de plus le capital humain n'est pas du tout à l'écoute des employés.Compagnie qui grandit trop vite et en oublie ses valeurs.Manque d'organisation et de transparence.

4 semaines de congés après 3 ans d'expérience et locaux modernes très agréables
Cons
Aucune considération, micro management, peu d'évolution à l'interne. Expérience candidat et employé désolante

Work at Alithya was very Interesting and challenging team work.

My experience at Alithya was very pleasant from a professional or human point of view.the vision of honesty and trust is always visible, because it is the motto of the company towards clients and among co-workers.For me, it was a rewarding experience where I had the opportunity to learn a lot and contribute at the same time with my experience to my work team. I also had the opportunity to gain great trust with many colleagues and to carry out sports and camaraderie activities.
Pros
It has many points in its favor, they were mentioned above, but in general, there is a great work environment
Cons
Difficulties were a motivation for me. I felt very comfortable in the company

Une équipe dynamique, enjoué et personnaliser.
Si je regarder l ensemble de mes 4 années, j'ai toujours été fier d'appartenir à cet firme dont l'harmonie et les défis était au rendez-vous.
Etant un emploi contractuel de façon annuel, durant la dernière année, j'ai dû reviser mes positions, au fait que je visait un status permanent.
De plus, durant la période du COVIT-19, J'ai donc du prioriser ma position et quitter puisque on ne me donnait pas la possibilité de faire du télé-travail.

Il est rare dans notre domaine d'avoir une compagnie qui ne vous traite pas en numéro. Alithya en fait partie, l'équipe de direction s'assure qu'on ait tout pour bien effectuer notre travail au tant matériel qu'émotionnel.
