Lovely place to work

Love working at Alithya, the enviornment is super cool, most people are willing to help and support you. It's a place you can learn a lot, the worklife balance is also something very good. Pros: Worklife balance, Different projects that allows you to learn a lot and also meet new people. Cons: Sometimes you can be allocated to a not so interesting project, although the responsible team do what it takes to allocate you to something you woud be thriller to work.

Inconsistent management

Company claims to care for workers and tells them that they will keep them when their mandate is up but they are immediately put on a list for termination with a deadline that is not communicated, even to the direct manager.
