Poor planning by upper management to few operators

Dislike planning by Operating Management dating back to Alectra merger Overworked not allowing a good Work Family balance Like pay but it’s hard to get vacation time

Relaxed environment

The benefits are excellent, the office is pretty lax and quiet. Management is quite friendly, and co-workers are very supportive. I found that cross-department projects could be very disorganized, partly due to management problems.

System Control is horrible and extremely toxic! Management will drive you to burn out within a few years & do not care about the well being of employees.

All about optics

Company could be great if they held their senior leaders accountable. Employees promoted based on friendships or past work history with people and not on merit, qualifications or performance. Pay issues still not aligned or fair amount similar jobs. A lot of change and no signs of slowing which makes it hard for employees to settle and do great work
