Lack of proper training, bitter and gossipy staff. Current employees acting like they are better than everyone else because they obviously have low self esteem but they make sure not to help new comers too much because they are concerned someone might work as well as they do. That is poor team work.

I got laid off, but If I left it would have been because I didn't feel like there was further opportunity for upward mobility.
