Their brand is highly regarded.
Their insurance company and travel agency are solid businesses.
Their Driver Education business became more profitable and had a great quality delivery model through a highly effective leader for many years.
Their senior management was protocol driven. Micromanagement was a way of life so strategies moved slowly.

Lots to learn and accomplish.
However they have a habit of hiring to many drivers when there isn't a hiring freeze.
