Fun workplace with games and such
Culture is good.Salary is fair.Colleague attitude can be shady - they don't practice diversity and inclusion. You are on your own - little or no support.

Overall great place to work
Teams are very collaborative and management is fairly accessible. However there are limited opportunities to advance within the organization as it is very difficult to be promoted into a managerial role or to transition into front office positions. The new CEO has several plans for significant organizational change the execution of which has impacted employee morale. Overall great work life balance and focus on mental health initiatives.

Culture and innovation are considered important
In my time working for AIMCo, Culture has always been top of mind. It has been reported that some departments, in BT, have poor culture, although I didn't see it myself. Because of the, the management go through training, and culture is improving. The only problems going on in AIMCo are the workload is high, and much is done after hours and on weekends. The pay is really good if you include the massive bonuses, but don't expect to relax there.

Productive and fun workplace. Really enjoyed my time
A good place to start and grow your career. Ability to learn on the job while completing assigned task. Good management support. Employees treat each order with respect.

AIMCo has gone down
They focus on hiring within alberta these days. Not worth joining them from across the country as mostly locals are put in charge. Ceo is decent but Cio and his leaders have this mentality
