I loved working with my co-workers, very friendly. I hated the system that was in place. It felt like I was constantly being monitored. If I had to go to the washroom - I was timed. If I had a question to ask either our support teams or manager - I was timed. If some days required longer amounts of work off of the phones, it was tracked and seen as a negative. If I'm trying to fix an issue the first time, this constant monitoring made things more stressful. We're told by managers that they prefer call quality not quantity. Yet if we take longer on calls and take less of them overall, we're penalized for it.
