Office has the believe that work is magically done and don’t recognize the work of the people doing it no matter if you been there for long time, they just dismiss you like nothing

Al Stober Construction is by far the best company that I have ever worked for. Management and the work culture is excellent. I wish I was still with the company. Unfortunately the family ownership had to make an unforeseen downsizing and restructuring decision. Seniority is valued within the company and I respect that.
