Terrible management with no guide or leadership. No one to ask for guidance or advice and little or no training provided. Manager was extremely micromanagement style. He'd setup meetings, change times and expect all to be ther on time.

I miss airG :)

airG is a great place to be. I miss it :) way to go airG Great culture, flat organisation great management. they have some great people that know to motivate resources, and let the people loose to produce ideas. It is the place I felt mostly free and creative.
