Great company

A really good place to put down roots. Challenging and fast-paced while balanced with good support and team management. Definitely a great gig here if you're lucky enough to get it.

Respiratory Therapist in Ajax, ON

horrendous management, low pay and difficulty moving up.

Please run away if you are planning on working here as an RRT in GTA. They are severely understaffed and you will not be doing respiratory therapy here. This position is a driver position disguised as an RRT position. You will be doing on call for weeks on end per month as their new change has made it difficult for work life balance. Please do yourself a favor.

Delivery Driver in London

No Direction, Poor Leadership

I was misled during my interview. I was told the London Distribution team was having issues. It was a disaster. Once I was told to show up for delivery driver training at an out of town location, an hour away. Ten minutes from my destination I receive a message that they don't do deliveries on that day, and had to turn around and return home. Another day (my last day) I was told to report to driver training in town. The truck I was to train in had 2 occupants (there are only 2 seats), and neither one spoke english (not even a little to facilitate training), and neither knew anything about having to train anyone. I was supposed to have a company phone in the first few days, and after 3 weeks of repeated requests I still hadn't received it. Not having this wouldn't bother me, except company phones were the only way for me to receive company emails, and it had the apps required for me to do my job. There are a number of other things that also helped form my opinion of this company, but for brevity's sake I'll just say that all of these items boil down to poor leadership.

Challenging but rewarding

Challenging but rewarding, excellent pay and time off. Great morale amongst staff and coworkers, but at times there was micro managing and divisiveness.
