Depending on the Base it can be range from fantastic to dreadful

The company benefits are fantastic. As with any other job it is the people you work with that make or break the company. I have had great expereinces and i have had some terrible ones. Overall i would say it's great company. Perhaps being tarnished by some very poor leaders in Upper Management.

Flight benefits

Severe staff shoratges

Great Benefits, terrible scheduling.

The work life at Air Canada has its ups and downs which are understandable, especially with the great fluctuations in operational demand. The management is good, but there are flaws that are completely ignored and unattended. The only big negative in regards to the work itself would be the constantly disruptive work hours. There is often no steady work shift, regardless of position within the company.

irregular hours.
