Be warned. Stay away from this company!!! Admin staff very very unproffesional. They expect you to drive all over with no mileage compensation and the wear and tear on your automobile. The only positive thing were the clients..

Needs a lot of work

Really surprised at the positive reviews Coordinators are the most disorganized I’ve ever worked with, communication is terrible, they do not look out for your best interest.. pay is ok no benefitsNot trustworthy, they will try to send you to clients to cover their needs not yours.. I would not work here, rather find a larger organization maybe paying less or the same that knows what their doing

The coordinators are very accommodating and helpful. They gave me clients close to my house and that was very helpful, less travel time and have more time to spend with my toddler. Clients are very friendly and nice to me.

Great place to work

I absolutely love working for the Hamilton-Niagara branch. Management is amazing to deal with and I feel supported and appreciated in my position. It’s such a positive work atmosphere. I’m currently working with pediatrics with the company and I’ve definitely found my calling :)

enough hours if you would like to work more . most of them require light house keeping . but you have enough time to deal with it . sometimes the clients ask to leave early but probably we cant get full pay.

It's a good place to work if you care about your patients good one on one time with patients communication is key ... I do not feel they go in to look at the condition of the home they are sending you into

You are treated very nicely with respect. Pay is fair and much better than many other similar companies. Opportunity to learn and room for growth. Like many other workplaces, Work load is pretty high and sometimes it gets stressful, not always. Great team work, beautiful colleagues with great team work attitude.I would recommend Agta to my best and closest friends and any great worker who is looking for job.

Great work environment

I am a current employee, and I can not say enough great things. I am a single mother and my coordinators not only work around my clients life, but mine too! Coordinators are always friendly and easy to get a hold of. Don’t even get me started on the clients!!! They are all great, all around a great company!

I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and my clients, i had dealt with a younger generation and felt that i was a mother figure as it was a change from working with seniors. I really learned to look at their outlook on life and tried to help them as much as i could through my own experiences, with Having my Mental Health First Aide i was able to get them through there day. It always made me feel good when my client appriciated me and would say you make me feel like im somebody and they were happy and waiting at the door upon my arrival. The hardest part was having one client who kept trying to close the door on me , which i really felt like i was being trapped and stalked.

Work is temporary

When you accept contracts the work with that client gets cut of as it is mostly mva accidents so when clients are better and no services are needed you could be sitting at home. Staff are amazing and very helpful and understanding!!!
