Fast paced, great work environment
A super company to work for! Great benefit plan and work life balance. The focus on mental health is huge from an employer. Direct team leads are very encouraging and are always there to listen to their teams.

Toxic environment
Some managers make a career out of hiring and firing staff. Some managers micro manage staff that don’t even work directly under them. Don’t expect a salary increase ever!!!Excellent work being done by staff is not acknowledged by management. APPLICANTS BE WARNED, there is always a way for the corporation and managers to weasel around policies and legislation to push employees out of their jobs!

Passionate people and opportunities for advancement
People are passionate about what they do at AFSC, they care. There are lots of opportunities to interact with colleagues, whether it's a potluck, garbage pickup or walking challenge.
Customer Service in Lacombe, AB

Fast-paced
Collaborative environment - constant change due to Government changes and restructuring. Public sector cutbacks are contributing to stress levels and poor morale.
