It was a really busy takeaway. I had to be very alert all the time. I was dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone/emails. One of the hardest part of the job was to deal with customer complains. I had to make sure I didn't let the customers down and the customers were happy and satisfied with the service I and my colleagues were providing. I learnt to deal with customer complains now and I understand it is really important to make sure the customers are really happy.
