cw production operator
Machine Operator (Former Employee) - Perth, ON - 5 December 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedGetting paid a lot less as a cw with no benefits than a full time employee doing the same job. 12 hour shifts rotating days and nights. Would have been an easier job if i could sleep better during the day.
Pros
Overtime when I started
Cons
nights, paid less than fulltime employees

Ok Place to Work
Accountant (Former Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 14 May 2021
Ok Place to work sums it up well. Favoritism is definitely a thing and managers do have cliques. I loved the employees but couldn't get along with some managers. They can be pretty uncomfortably awkward towards you and if you don't like to be micro managed, don't work here. Pay was low yet fair given the duties and the hours and the schedule can be pretty flexible.
Pros
Flexible schedule and awesome team.
Cons
Micro management, low pay and favoritism amongst management.

Would not recommend unless desperate
Production Operator (Current Employee) - Windsor, ON - 28 April 2021
Workplace worries more about metrics than employees. The staff are underpaid and have to usually wait a year or even longer before even getting hired. No benefits.
Pros
Free Coffee
Cons
Work, Pay, Social.

Mon avis sur l'agence de placement Talentcor
Journalière de production (Former Employee) - Montréal, QC - 22 October 2019
L'agence Talentcor , salaire minimum, pas de garantie sur le nombre d'heures de travail et un manque de communication à l'interne.

Great place to work, nice employees and programmes for people to work and get along well. Rewarding in a way in terms of appraisals although compensation is at the bare minimum with good benefits, it's a give and take

Not the worst company to work for
General Labourer (Current Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 5 February 2018
Not the worst company to work for. Could do a better deal with wage from client to staff ratio. They could provide more regular work as there are long lulls between good assignments.
Pros
Work when you want
Cons
lull between work

good management
Temp Agent (Former Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 17 April 2017
The company is always there to help if you have any questions or concerns. They treat their staff really good and the pay is comparable to the site they send you. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for weekly pay.

bad place of work
General Labourer (Former Employee) - Tillsonburg, ON - 29 March 2017
typical temp agency, little to no chance of full time employment, management is not very nice to temp workers, repetitive work place, long hours, and a overall sense of unwelcome in the workplace.
Pros
none
Cons
long hours, repetitive, management is awful, no chance of full time positions.

One of the best agencies to work for
Sr. Recruitment Consultant / Resource Manager (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 19 January 2017
Ethical management, results oriented. All the tools and support is provided. If you're performing well, sky is the limit but like any other agency environment, its a revolving door - if you're not covering your "Draw Salary" you won't survive there longer.
Pros
Fast paced, result oriented, driven environment
Cons
Commission based - Draw Against Salary environment. Comp structure - not suitable for everyone!
