Many reviews here are from the past (private owner) The entire staff and leadership has changed. Focus is on finding the right fit for the candidate. The culture is good and the team is supportive. If you are looking for Temporary Placement call Agilus. There are no guarantees of hire on for Manufacturing Jobs but it is a possibility and we know this going into the job. Agilus goes above and beyond to help find you the right job!

Very Rules towards employees Blame you for their mistakes on their end Not willing to help with schedule Lose your job when you follow procedure about filling out reports even when you say your (Pregnant)

Work opportunities were great, but staff was confused on where to position employees. Did not keep up with their promises & gave a run around. Put me in a department which I was not interested in & then denied me work as I requested general labour, overall not a good experience.

Pros

Got me a temporary job.

They use you like slaves and management is a joke give you the run around constantly hope to find something else soon these are the worst of the worst

Manipulative and Unrepresentative

Be prepared to get screwed... At least THREE times in one interview after learning of my long terms goals to settle down and raise a family, a lady here continuously said something along the lines of "you want to be successful and have a family, DON'T YOU?" As a means of manipulation. Then, after working 2 months for A.P. Plasman, the company told me my orientation with them was "terminated" because they "did not like the hours" I was working, 8 hours instead of 6. There was NO warning prior to this. I simply worked the hours that LucasWorks gave to me on a weekly basis. LucasWorks' answer to me? That I "should've reported the problem," a problem that I was not made aware existed.
