Fulfilling and interesting job placements. The interaction of head office personal and myself made me work harder for the client. My placement was supposed to be a few days and it lasted over a year.

currently enjoying my placement. easy and access able and very accepting environment. typical day to day work where they placed me is pretty easy and straight forward. Paid breaks and lunches. Plenty of over time.

Everyone gets along with one another. Air conditioned. The cooks are not that bad. They keep the place pretty clean for the most part. Basically 40 hrs guaranteed.

Miserable people hiring for miserable jobs

Got an insanely rude phone call from the talentcor office. No employee or anyone for that matter should have to put up with disrespect. If you need temp work, I suggest trying else where, where you're appreciated.

Fast paced, working with great people

At my placement, the work is fast paced, and with lots of friendly and knowledgeable staff. Because of the inconsistency of work scheduling "(nature of the beast)", i don't think it is very work/life balanced.

Good Placement Agency

Assembler (Current Employee) - Windsor, ON - 19 January 2016

I have had good experience thus far with this agency since I started. It is the first time I ever tried an employment agency and so far I have been employed but as any thing goes it has been only temporary job placements and am excited to find a permanent one. I have enjoyed the factory setting and the fast pace. I like to compete but only with myself and that is to do better the next day from the day before. The people I have worked with have been overall very nice and helpful. I have continued to reach my production numbers for my job at hand and am told on a daily basis that I am doing a good job by my coordinators or supervisors responsible for that shift and job. I enjoy going into work and have yet to find anything that I do not enjoy about the jobs and different lines I have been put on.
