Was given tools to develop/maintain current market assessments for client required roles. Developed and fostered relationships with legacy accounts and key participants. Effectively identify client needs and requirements for success in roles and account functions. Developed and executed account management strategies. Supported and evaluated current contractors for continued success with clients.

it was ok place to work

i had a good manager but the job market was tough at the time, so it was hard to place candidate and hard to make money. the office is downtown and they have good teams and company culture

Talentcor has undoubtedly been my favourite place to work. They really invest in their staff and provide them with the tools to succeed. The President and Managers have strong leadership, they are transparent with the company goals and individual expectations. I enjoyed taking part in their marketing campaigns throughout the year.
