At First great communication between both parties as soon you don't agreed with their job offer everything change communication goes a bit sour they lose patience and then the interest towards you not there anymore. Too bad look like a great agency.

high intensity, high reward if you can stick to it.

very fast paced environment, constantly putting out fires but if you're able to stay consistent and organized you can make good money. Company procedures can be a little unorganized at times so you'll have to take matters into your own hands at times.
