if you want to work 9-5 job stress free - this is not the place for you. expect long hours of stressful goals to hit. good first place to work, but do not advance more than a year.

Great people to work with, but work-life balance is tough to achieve
Recruiter/Inside Sales (Former Employee) –  Burlington, ON27 September 2018
There is opportunity to increase salary, and depending on what division/territory you are in it is easy/harder to achieve. You can be recruiting for a territory where demand/supply does not coincide and you could be grinding day-in/day-out and still get nowhere
Pros
Expensed milage and lunches
Cons
Long hours, openness to work late/on weekend

Good entry level job
Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON17 July 2018
Aerotek is a great entry level job, it's even a good place to move up. Your ability to do so will depend on your ability to follow the process and develop yourself. Manager training could be better.

Work Hard Play Hard
Account Manager, Engineering Division (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON8 July 2018
A place where you will get out what you put in. Aerotek only hires new grads and never hires Recruiters or Account Managers from competition. This means many new grads come in and either thrive and love the work, or churn within the first year. There's a strong culture where you are trained and brought up from the beginning, but also a lot of people coming and going who don't buy in. Hours are from 745-530 each day with overtime required.

Great work experience
Recruiter for Professional Services (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC4 May 2018
Learn alot in the 2 years that I worked there.
I feel like I always refer back to my work experience there and how they encouraged their employees to go out there and get business.
And also just how they encouraged accountability with meetings in the am and after lunch as a team.
Overall super motivating working atmosphere and made some great friends.
It just wasn't the right fit for me and I realized that recruiting was not the right fit for me.
Pros
Great work environment
Cons
long work hours

Lift Truck Operator (Former Employee) –  Pickering, ON17 April 2018
Was a poo hole and couldn't care less to go back there. Tired of these big corporations that expect you to sell your soul for nickels and dimes meanwhile all the people sitting in comfy chairs get the big paydays.
