Highly competitive work environment
You will be working from 730AM to about 530 or 6 PM. Long hours. Cult-like culture. Work-life balance is not respected. It's all about your sales number.

bad work and management
management does everything behind your back and then expect you to know how to do every single thing and work your way through the day completely on ur own from day 1

Gained three month experience.
Gained three month experience. There is a better way to do the job. Their instructions are good enough. Many co workers were in the fear of losing job. Keeping the his was just having influence. Even some of the employees were doing personal favour for managers in Hotel. At the time hate crimes was so high inside the company.

Just for earning money work was good but if someone wanted to. Learning and earning for his it was not good
working environment was good that was my first experience in Canada how the work is here and how the companies statergies and people following the rules and regulations. How company gave us payment and wages low work hard end of the first day at my work i felt in my mind, I was far better living in India as compared to here. So next day we all friends were met again and talk about work and some friends talking about quit that job because they are working there from one year. Second day was the little better from the first day as day by day, I complete 2 months there because I want to join according to my experience after 3days i find a job in centennial food service my pay was 17.50 ph I was very happy to end of the day. After 4 or 5 day I felt my first job was good because there were all Punjabi and different countries people were working but problem was the lowest pay heavy weight unloading. When I quit I, knows about Canada little bit. But allover my first job was great job but pay low if they gave me 18 $ I never quit.
