Here's what people have said about working and interviewing at Aer Rianta International.
If you already work at the airport, it's relatively quick. The steps are: Doing an interview with HR, filling out documentation for HR, completing some paperwork with the airport security in order to attain your security pass which takes time to get. It does take 3 weeks or so.

Your shift is 8 hours long and you get two half an hour breaks. If you do work the evening shifts (i.e. 1-9 pm, 2-10 pm, 3-11 pm), then there is a chance to do overtime hours...

Dislike for working at the airport with odd hours, low salary, a long commute if you don't live near the airport, high turnover rate with no incentive to fix the issue of being understaffed, disorganization/terrible communication channels between the warehouse and the store for stock and poor management.

The official uniforms are provided by the company, but if you don't receive one, most people wear all-black outfits or a white shirt with black pants/skirt with closed toe shoes = business casual.
