Examples of mis management
Communications (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 15 May 2017
The current director of communications should not be in the position she is in. She is taking advantage of this role and the flexibility of the organization by rarely working in the office, never making deadlines and destroying morale within the team by spending her time gossiping. The communications department requires a boss who will actually show up to work, be productive and ironically communicate with the team.
Flexibility is good there including working from home.
The company is poorly managed, where it would take extreme measures for anyone to be let go.
