Bad Management, very micromanaged.

Good starting point for a HR grad, but you will burn out quickly. On call 24/7 and are expecting to answer if its 3am. Low pay for the stress and constant pressure from management.

Doesn't pay out vacation pay on each pay cheque. Requires you to directly contact them to collect your 4% accumulated vacation pay. Extremely shady practiceThey have never contacted me after obtaining a placement to check in on how things are going
