Low salaries compared to market and no good benefits. Job security is poor, people get fired left and right. The only good thing is work from home, otherwise it’s not great

The most exploiting companh I’ve ever seen

It appears that the employer sought legal counsel to draft employment documents that serve their interests while exploiting workers. The documents are written to ensure that they can extract the maximum amount of labor from employees without breaking any laws. Additionally, they require a proof of Social Insurance Number (SIN) before hiring. There are numerous unfavorable conditions in the documents, including - arriving at least 10 minutes early for every assignment, - agreeing to work up to 70 hours a week and 13 hours a day, - paying for expenses related to qualification verification, - accepting any assignment given. - Employees are also prohibited from disclosing company information to third parties, and failure to comply could result in legal action. (Imagine you tell your friend you had a bad day at work. It’s not just normal confidential information, but ANY information)If you are employed by this company, be aware that any dispute could be challenging to defend since you are not directly employed by the company where you are assigned. The documents are also overly complex, making it easy to unintentionally break terms. Furthermore, the company does not offer benefits but requires employees to sign an exploitative agreement that could harm them if legal issues arise.Don’t sign any documents at this company as they seem suspicious and exploitative.

Pros

Nothing

Cons

Up to 13 hours a day, 70 hours a week, ask for the proof of SIN before hiring, arriving at least 10 minutes early for each assignment (that 10 min is not paid), pay for expenses they spend on verifying your qualifications for work

Quite honestly the worst place to work in Canada

The management is incompetent and slow. The people that work for advantage understand how to screw over employees in all aspects of life. If you want a sick day. Sure you can take one and never get paid. Their policies are horrendous. You will have to fight for anything you get there. It’s a scam to work for these people. They make money off of you and don’t care at all about you. They will make you want to unalive yourself on a good day of interaction with them. You are better off being unemployed than working for this company. Run.
