Medical, Work from home is only based on available slots and no matter what you are told, they only become available for the ones they want out of the office. The so called performance benefits, yeah none. The do however pay their staff once a year to fill in reviews to out weight the honest ones. Toxic environment.
The floor crew are great, but when issues do come up, management don't make themselves available to resolve them. There is a continuous over turn of staff as many come to work their year and once they get PR they leave.
What is the vacation policy like at Advantage Communications? How many vacation days do you get per year?
My vacation time is based on accrued time so the amount of days depends on the hours worked. Seems to be generally 10-14 days.
MehYour answer to what makes you unique should be based on the job for which you're applying. Do your research and know what kinds of skills the job requires, or what kinds of experience the company could use that you have. Then tailor your answer to suggest a uniqueness about you that's beneficial to the company and fitting for the role.
In other words, explaining that you're unique because you can lick the tip of your nose or wiggle your ears isn't going to get you the job. But explaining that you're unique because you worked on a cruise ship for ten years and picked up five languages fluently might very well get you a job in an international role.
