This is a typical 8 to 5 job with a fast paced company that is results oriented. Lots of long term employees are willing to share their knowledge and participate as a team across all of the locations. Everyone is serious about their jobs, but likes to joke around and have a good time when timing is appropriate. There are company paid benefits and employee paid option to contribute to a group RRSP plan. A sales driven, and loyalty bonus plan are also in place. I've learned valuable lessons from current and previous management for best business practices. They are willing to listen to the employees, sometimes there is need for chain of command but generally they are open to hearing from everyone. The hardest part of this job is being in the middle of customers and vendors and trying to meet their demands. The most enjoyable part of the job is the connection with fellow employees and customers. You get to know them speaking with them and communicating by email and phone.
safe working environment
can be stressfull because of fast pace
-company is based out of Barrie -Other branches have high turn over -No RRSP, DPSP, or anything (you are screwed in retirement) -minimal benefits -nice car allowance -slow growth growth rate -avoid the Toronto and Cambridge branches -high turnover in those branches -Key products lines are shared with other distributors(UR, Omron, SMC, Phoneix, Dorner...).... For example, (Shelley, Proax, Aztec, and etc) -check out the turn over rate on LinkedIn Expect house accounts or key accounts handed over to some lazy people in Cambridge
slow growth rate
There are many long-term employees. They invest in growing you and the company striving to be at the cusp of the newest and coolest technology. There are different success streams from technical to sales to management all with great opportunities.

A typical 8 to 5 job which also pays for overtime, bonuses and employee health benefits. The company has lot to give you if you work honestly.
