Management is always the reason why ultimately 95 percent leave a job. They do not care, you are a number and always someone is there to come in and take your place.
Not enough staff to work efficiently, HR acts like adidas has a union. Inappropriate behaviours are not addressed. Budgets are cut. Wages are poor. Expected to learn several jobs with no wage increase. Very little employee appreciation. Poor communication with upper management. Toxic work environments. Unrealistic deadlines... but 'you should be happy you have a job'
