People left at Niagara on the Lake because there was an incompete Store Manager who would rather party than help her team out and flirted with the guys and was intimidated by the girls. That is what I would suggest you not do when you are a Store Manager.

My hours were different because I worked stock. I worked 6am-2pm. I had to make sure the product was floor ready before the store opened.

Remain calm and don't be afraid to share your connections you make with the company, by mean of fashion or any personal interests you may have, for that matter.

The work environment is excellent and the culture is very well defined for all employees. You always feel acknowledged and appreciated for each others contributions to the company as a whole, whether by managers, co workers, and customers. Adidas' culture is very friendly and versatile for everyone.
