  • When you hire talent, empower them to do their jobs. Stop thinking you're smarter than people that have built a career in their fields, let them do what they were hired to do. You CAN'T be the expert at everything. Learn to listen more than you talk.

  • Quit with the BS and at least try to be human.

  • Hire a real CEO to run the company and stop the owners from micromanaging everyone and interacting with staff. Better benefits, pay overtime and hire more people to handle what is trying to be done. Let the experts do what they are hired to do.
